1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Church of Earth Connection ("CEC") retreat programs and ceremonies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in our programs.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age and Capacity

  • Participants must be at least 21 years of age
  • Participants must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • Participants must be of sound mind and capable of making informed decisions about their health and spiritual practice

2.2 Health Requirements

  • Participants must complete and submit the Medical Intake Form prior to acceptance
  • Participants must disclose all current medications, supplements, and medical conditions
  • Participants with certain medical conditions may be excluded from participation based on medical review
  • Participants must adhere to all dietary and medication restrictions as outlined in the program guidelines

3. Program Participation

Participants must follow all program guidelines and instructions provided by CEC. Any deviation from these guidelines may result in exclusion from the program.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants must adhere to the CEC Code of Conduct. Any violation of this code may result in exclusion from the program.

5. Health and Safety

Participants must follow all health and safety guidelines provided by CEC. Any deviation from these guidelines may result in exclusion from the program.

6. Financial Terms

All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or withdrawals.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

CEC will collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property and Confidential Information

All intellectual property and confidential information related to CEC programs and ceremonies is owned by CEC.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

CEC is not liable for any damages or injuries sustained during the program. Participants agree to indemnify and hold CEC harmless from any claims arising from their participation.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration.

11. Termination

CEC reserves the right to terminate any participant's participation in the program at any time for any reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California.

13. Modifications

CEC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

15. Force Majeure

CEC will not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.
