What is Awake 2025?

Awake 2025 is a 5-day transformative retreat that combines sacred ceremonies, integration circles, and community connection in the beautiful landscape of Zion, Utah. The retreat is designed to facilitate deep healing, personal growth, and spiritual awakening through a carefully crafted program led by experienced facilitators.

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is for individuals seeking profound personal transformation, healing, and spiritual growth. It's ideal for those who:

• Are on a path of self-discovery and inner work
• Seek healing from past traumas or emotional wounds
• Want to deepen their spiritual practice and connection
• Are open to working with sacred plant medicines in a ceremonial context

While no prior experience with ceremonies is required, participants should be mentally and emotionally prepared for deep inner work.

How many people will attend?

The retreat is limited to 20 participants to ensure an intimate experience with personalized attention. This small group size allows for deep connection and a strong container for the transformative work we'll be doing together.

What happens during the ceremonies?

Our ceremonies are sacred containers for inner exploration and healing. Each ceremony is guided by experienced facilitators and includes:

• Opening prayers and intention setting
• Sacred music and icaros (healing songs)
• Personal guidance and support as needed
• Periods of silence for inner journeying
• Closing prayers and gratitude

The ceremonies typically last 6-8 hours, during which participants remain in the ceremonial space, either sitting or lying down on comfortable mats. The experience varies for each person but often includes insights, emotional release, and profound connection to self and spirit.

What are integration circles?

Integration circles are facilitated group discussions held the day after each ceremony. These circles provide a safe space to share experiences, ask questions, and receive guidance on how to interpret and integrate insights received during ceremony. Participation in sharing is encouraged but always optional.

What other activities are included?

In addition to ceremonies and integration circles, the retreat includes:

• A guided hike in Zion National Park
• Optional yoga and meditation sessions
• Hot tub and cold plunge experiences
• One massage session with a licensed therapist
• Free time for rest and reflection
• Communal meals and connection
• A closing fire ceremony

How should I prepare for the retreat?

Upon registration, you'll receive detailed preparation guidelines. In general, we recommend:

• Beginning to set clear intentions for your healing journey
• Following the dietary guidelines provided (avoiding certain foods, medications, and substances)
• Reducing screen time and media consumption in the days before the retreat
• Creating space in your schedule after the retreat for integration
• Attending the pre-retreat virtual meeting

The most important preparation is an open heart and willingness to engage fully in the process.

Are there any health restrictions?

For safety reasons, certain health conditions may preclude participation in the ceremonial aspects of the retreat. These include but are not limited to:

• Severe cardiovascular conditions
• Uncontrolled hypertension
• History of psychosis or schizophrenia
• Current use of certain medications (including SSRIs, MAOIs, and some other psychiatric medications)
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding

All registrants will complete a detailed health questionnaire, and our medical advisor will review each application. In some cases, we may request additional information or medical clearance.

What about medications?

Some medications are contraindicated with the ceremonial practices we engage in. If you're currently taking prescription medications, please disclose this in your health questionnaire. Our medical advisor can provide guidance on whether temporary discontinuation is necessary (which would require your physician's approval) or if modifications to the retreat experience are needed.

Never discontinue prescription medications without consulting your healthcare provider.

What's included in the retreat cost?

The retreat fee includes:

• Shared accommodations for 5 days/4 nights
• All meals and non-alcoholic beverages
• Three sacred ceremonies
• Daily integration circles
• One massage session
• Guided Zion National Park hike
• Shuttle transportation from Las Vegas airport
• Pre-retreat preparation call
• Post-retreat integration call

Not included: Flights to Las Vegas, personal items, and optional private room upgrade.

What are the sleeping arrangements?

Standard registration includes shared accommodations with 2-3 participants per room, separated by gender. Each room has comfortable beds with quality linens and shared bathroom access.

For those desiring more privacy, a limited number of private rooms with private bathrooms are available for an additional fee of $750. Please inquire about availability when registering.

What about meals?

All meals are included and prepared with intention to support your ceremonial journey. Our chef creates nourishing, primarily plant-based meals using fresh, organic ingredients whenever possible.

We can accommodate most dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets. Please note that on ceremony days, participants begin fasting from solid foods at 3:00 PM to prepare for the evening's work.

How do I register?

Registration involves these steps:

1. Complete the online registration form
2. Submit the health questionnaire
3. Pay the deposit to secure your spot
4. Receive confirmation and preparation materials
5. Schedule your pre-retreat call
6. Complete final payment 60 days before the retreat

Due to the limited number of spots, early registration is recommended.

What is the cost?

The full retreat cost is $3,950 per person for shared accommodations. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your spot, with the balance due 60 days before the retreat begins.

Private room upgrade: Additional $750 (limited availability)

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• The $1,000 deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellations more than 60 days before the retreat: Full refund of payments made beyond the deposit
• Cancellations 30-60 days before the retreat: 50% refund of payments made beyond the deposit
• Cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage for personal emergencies.

What integration support is provided?

Integration—the process of incorporating insights and healing into daily life—is a crucial part of the retreat experience. We provide:

• Daily integration circles during the retreat
• A comprehensive integration guide to take home
• One follow-up integration call (included)
• Optional additional integration sessions (additional cost)
• Connection to our community of past participants

We emphasize the importance of creating space in your schedule after the retreat to process and integrate your experiences.

Will I stay connected with the group?

Many participants form deep bonds during the retreat and choose to stay connected. With permission, we create a private group for participants to share their ongoing integration journey. Many past participants report that these connections become an important part of their support system.
